Return and exchange cancellation policy

Refund, exchange and cancellation The order has been cancelled. Please carefully check the size, color, quantity, consignee, delivery address and other information before payment. Please note that the address on the packing list is not our delivery address. Items sent there will not be returned. 5. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. 6. We will process your refund after receiving the package you returned. For customers who made the payment via PayPal, your refund will be processed within 2 days after receiving the package. For customers who paid by credit card, your refund will be processed within 7 days after receiving the package. 7. If the returned items are transported internationally, please mark "Returned" to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs fees for returning packages. If the product or packaging is found to have been used or damaged, we will notify the buyer and reserve the right to deduct any depreciation when making a refund. 8. Logistics policy

We attach great importance to ensuring your items are delivered as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on the delivery address you choose, the inventory availability of the items, and the time when you place your order. "Processing" Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare for shipment of your goods. The project may take 5 to 10 working days to process. Although we strive to ensure that your order is ready for shipment as soon as possible, due to low inventory levels, some items may take longer to process. Please note that shipping companies sometimes take 48 hours to update shipping status, and sometimes even longer. Your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order contains multiple items, they may be divided into different packages and dispatched on different dates. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each batch of goods. Please note Due to the customer's personal reasons (customs clearance, incorrect address, inability to deliver, wrong phone number), the package was not claimed within the specified time, resulting in damage to the package.
